Quick Party Decoration #1: Watercolor Favor Tags

Originally designed as wedding favors by genius stylist Victoria Hudgens of the party blog A Subtle Revelry, these hanging tags can dress up any bottle of bubbly. To make them, write each guest's name on a piece of heavy paper with crayon. Then, apply color over the written name with sponge dipped in watercolor pigment. The crayon wax will repel the water, allowing the inscribed name to emerge from the color. Next, simply cut out a tag shape, punch a hole in one end and add a loop of twine. Simply dip strips of newspaper into a combo of school glue and water, then mold around a balloon. Once dry, pop the balloon, cover the newspaper with crepe paper and add on pom-pom bees.
